PamRoc Rewinds: The Mirabelle, Rome

Throwing it back to one of the most unforgettable dinners we’ve ever had—Mirabelle in Rome. Last year, we dined not once, but twice at this incredible rooftop restaurant, and honestly, I’m still dreaming about it.

Let me set the scene: we were perched on the seventh floor of the iconic Hotel Splendide Royal, overlooking the rooftops of Rome with the Vatican glowing in the distance. It was one of those “pinch me” moments. The kind of view that makes you stop mid-sentence and just stare.

The night was made even more special with our amazing crew—Rocco, his son Kyle, my brother Jonathan, and Stephen. We all agreed: this was more than just dinner. It was an experience.

Chef Stefano Marzetti absolutely slayed with a menu that married Mediterranean flavor with modern flair. We’ll never forget the seabass tartare, the oven-baked lamb, and that chocolate mousse—“Settimo Cielo”—topped with edible gold. Over. The. Top.

And the wine? Let’s just say their 750+ bottle list wasn’t just impressive—it was curated perfection. Their sommeliers knew exactly what to pair with each bite.

This spot is elegant, elevated, and totally worth dressing up for. Whether you’re planning a special celebration or just want to soak in a once-in-a-lifetime meal with a view you’ll never forget—Mirabelle is that girl.
